Accounts Receivable Collections SpecialistIf you enjoy reconciling,

growing our products and our teams!Job Summary:As a key member of
the Accounting Team this candidate will possess problem solving
skills related to accounting functions and also support the team in
cash applications, collections, data analysis, claim/billing
disputes, and account reconciliations.Responsibilities:*
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts* A/R
Aging Analysis * Customer accounts reconciliation* Outbound A/R
collections with business customers* Handling chargebacks such as
shortages, rebates, discounts, allowances, defectives.Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities:* 2+ years of experience in accounts
receivable* Strong business communication skills* Ability to
multitask, think strategically, problem solve and collaborate with
team members.* Highly motivated, results focused and acts with a
high sense of urgency.* Experience working in import/export
business a plus* Bachelor's degree in business field required or
equivalent experience* Proficient with MS Office, with advanced
Excel skills* Experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 a plus*
Bilingual Chinese a plusEmployee Benefits:We offer our full-time
