Accounting Associate Job Description EDM Recycling is seeking an accounting associate to join our fast-growing team.The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing daily expense reports and statements, bank reconciliations. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen. Responsibilities Engage in AP and AR processes Report directly to the manager Manage daily expense platform operations Support month-end and year-end close activities Perform accurate bank reconciliations Daily general ledger entries Communicate effectively with company employees and vendors Assist in preparing materials for audits and tax filing as needed Support the Controller in other accounting/finance functions as needed Requirements Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance Fluency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) Experience with expense reporting and cost management Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Language: Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a plus Experience: A minimum of two year experience as an accountant or relevant experience
