Are you looking to work for a stable organization that offers excellent benefits and opportunities for advancement? A metal manufacturing company located in the city of Fontana is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team.

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. Recruits, interviews, checks references, coordinate offer and conduct orientation for new hires. The Human Resources Generalist works on related Human Resources projects as needed.

Skills and Experience needed:

?Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.

?At least 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment.

?English/Spanish bilingual is a MUST (Read, speak and write).

?Knowledge of current employment laws and legislation.

?Ability to apply CA State and Federal employment laws and other government compliance regulations in preventing and resolving employee issues.

?Experience in online/social media recruiting.

?Solid experience in sourcing and recruitment for manufacturing jobs.

?Work with and relate well with all levels of employees.

?Highly organized with sound planning and organizational skills.

?Deadline driven with the ability to prioritize objectives and duties and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

?Ability to align talent needs with organization objectives.

?Strong problem solving ability.

?Self starter with ability to work independently and drive change.
