Nexgrill has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Coordinator who enjoys solving complex problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Are you a born organizer? If you?re nodding your head, then an Administrative Coordinator position at Nexgrill might be right for you.This Administrative Coordinator role is a temp to hire opportunity and is located in the Chino, California area.ResponsibilitiesEvery day as an Administrative Coordinator is different!On any given day you might:

  • Be a proactive problem-solver ? think outside the box, pick up the phone and call a stranger, don?t be afraid to ask questions;
  • Work closely with our Corporate Service Department in scheduling departmental calls, meetings, organizing and maintaining status on projects;
  • Filling, Schedule conference rooms, phone calls, meetings, and video chats
  • Scheduling travel plans for executives
  • Ordering supplies
  • Helping the recruiter by screening resumesMinimum Requirements:
    • At least 1 year of Administrative experience
    • A professional demeanor, positive outlook, and a can-do attitude.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables;
    • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail;Desired Qualifications:
      • Associates Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
      • 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
      • Human Resources experience preferred.
      • Skilled at Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
