Administrative/Marketing Assistant is needed for a new and growing IT Managed Service Provider. The goal is to provide high quality customer service and to increase the company's growth and revenue by reaching out to businesses in need of affordable IT support. Good position for individual looking to get experience in marketing.Responsibilities

  • Import/Export coordination
    • Contact local companies to offer IT services
    • Take calls from current clients
    • Research products for clients
    • Communicate with vendors to fulfill client orders
    • Track orders to fulfillment
    • Marketing for the company through various professional and social media outlets
    • Quickbooks data entrySkills
      • Organization, Administration, and Research skills necessary
        • Proficient with Microsoft Office products(Outlook, Word, Excel)
        • Experience with Quickbooks
        • Proficiency in English
        • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
        • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
        • High School DegreeAdditional Information
