Job Description:
Job Description As the Administrative Assistant, you will
provide support to ensure efficient operations of the production
facility. Your strong communication and organizational skills will
enable you to work collaboratively with various managers and
employees providing excellent customer service. Mon, Wed, Fri
7am-3pm General administrative duties including: answering phones,
greeting visitors, preparing outgoing mail, distribute incoming
mail, order office supplies, maintain an organized filing system
for various documents, etc. Generate purchase orders for
miscellaneous purchases for the facility Prepare and modify
documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and
emails. Assist with various Human Resources activities including
employee application intake, HRIS data entry, and new employee
orientation. Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish and English
preferred. Must pass E-Verify Candidate must be flexible to
workdays, overtime, and some evenings Proficient in MS office
Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be extremely
detail-oriented and have great organization skills Ability to
multi-task in a fast-paced environment Hiring Immediately Company
