Job Description Job Description We are looking for a motivated
Office Services Coordinator to join our team in Ontario,
California. As part of a close-knit and fast-paced work
environment, this role involves supporting various administrative
and operational tasks while ensuring high attention to detail. This
is a long-term contract position with the potential to grow within
the organization, offering an excellent opportunity to gain
experience in the real estate industry. Responsibilities: • Provide
administrative support to a team of professionals, ensuring tasks
are completed efficiently and accurately. • Proofread, format, and
edit documents, including templates and redlined materials, to
maintain quality standards. • Assist with event setup and takedown,
ensuring smooth execution of office events. • Act as a backup for
reception desk duties, welcoming guests and managing inquiries. •
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing responsibilities
in a fast-paced environment. • Use Microsoft Office Suite to create
presentations, reports, and correspondence. • Coordinate the
distribution of internal and external marketing materials. •
Conduct research and gather documentation to support operational
and financial tasks. • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments
for team members. • Support ad hoc administrative tasks and
collaborate with the operations team as needed.• Minimum of 3 years
of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate
environment. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional
education or certifications are a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft
Word and Excel; familiarity with InDesign and DocuSign is
preferred. • Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach
to problem-solving. • Excellent proofreading and attention to
detail skills. • Outstanding communication and customer service
capabilities. • Experience in real estate or a related field is
advantageous. • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced,
team-oriented setting.
