Work in conjunction with VP of Sales and Marketing to establish strategies and tactics to grow both revenues and profits with outdoor heating products.
Find and develop new markets and improving sales and manage client relationships.
Measure/monitor weekly POS and drive actions that are focused on improvement.
Proactively identify changes in the industries and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
Build new product categories to expand offering
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Travel to & deliver training as needed for Store Manager Meeting, RVP/MVP Walks, Road Shows etc.
Other duties as assigned based on incremental development.


Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or related field
Minimum 3 years NAM experience within home center businesses
Seasonal products and/or grill experience preferred
Creative, innovative and dynamic leadership qualities necessary to take the company to even higher levels of growth and profitability
Solid analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly language
Ability to think strategically and act tactically
Requires up to 30% traveling within the U.S., Canada, Mexico and China

We offer our full-time employees employer paid health premiums for select plans. Our dental and vison plans are voluntary with low group rates. Additional benefits include a 401K plan after one year of employment with a Safe Harbor Plan (non-elective) with 3% contribution.
