Customer Service Account Manager

Must have great verbal and written communication skills, ability
to communicate with customers effectively via email, fax or phone.
Provide excellent customer service to customers. Follow up with
customers on orders, quotes, leads and maintain and upkeep customer
profile and general office duties. Order taking by phone, tax, or
email. Process orders and assist customers with questions.
Applicant must be detail oriented, pay attention to detail, work
independently as well as a team player. Ability to prioritize work
load, keep track of due dates and accurately get the job done from
start to finish. Need to have a sense of responsibility for the job
performed. Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service
experience in the office environment setting to apply ( Retail
store or Restaurant experience do not count). Knowledge and
experience in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 /hour Medical
