In this role, you will assure strong partnerships to effectively guide and influence culture, leadership behaviors and implement best practices. ResponsibilitiesAs a Director, DC Operations, you will:

• Ensure design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of strategies to meet long-term corporate-wide logistics needs.
• Meet facilities operating budget and KPIs with focus on driving down cost and improving overall service.
• Ensure product flows in a timely manner and that product flow problems are identified early and are proactively resolved.
• Provide leadership, training, development and mentorship for Operations Managers and Supervisors.
• Ensure inventory integrity and systems integrity, execution and implementation while maximizing productivity levels throughout the distribution centers.
• Develop and implement staffing plans based on forecasts and volume drivers.
• Ensure leader growth and development by maintaining a robust development and training program focused on growing existing and future leaders and increasing individuals' potential for growth.
• Partner effectively with leadership team, as well as with teams and peers off site at other Distribution facilities and at the corporate office.

    • Distribution Center Experience 8+ years preferred
    • 8+ years leadership experience in roles of increasing responsibility with prior P&L responsibility
    • Bachelor in related field required
    • Lean six sigma certification / exposure preferredThis position has a compensation range of $ 114,870- 140,716. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position.
