We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This position will focus on water-related projects, primarily involving water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment, and pump stations. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be leading, managing, and executing large-scale projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be working with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about their work and committed to delivering exceptional results. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.Responsibilities:As a Senior Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:1. Leading and managing the planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, and pump station projects.2. Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.3. Coordinating and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.4. Ensuring that all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.5. Managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.6. Conducting post-project evaluations to determine areas for improvement and lessons learned.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:1. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on water-related projects.2. Proven experience in managing water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment, and pump stations projects.3. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.4. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is highly desirable.5. Strong leadership and team management skills.6. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.7. Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to water and wastewater treatment.8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.10.
