Job Description - Seeking Nocturnal Hospitalists to join our
dedicated team in Victorville, CA. - This is an excellent
opportunity for a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician who
thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital setting. - Experience
working in a hospitalist or ICU setting preferred - 12-hour shifts:
8:00 PM " 8:00 AM - Flexible scheduling options available - 10-13
admissions per shift - Must be able to work with Residents -
Ability to perform critical care procedures - Open ICU coverage
with responsibility for ER admissions and floor coverage -
Procedures required (e.g., intubation, central lines, arterial
lines, and paracentesis) - Supportive hospital leadership and
experienced nursing staff Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive

selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors
will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years
of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure. -
