with experience in stepdown care to provide high-quality patient
support at a community hospital serving a vibrant regional
population. This contract position offers flexibility with day or

Joint Commission-accredited community hospital and regional
referral center with 171 beds. The hospital is recognized as a
Certified Chest Pain Center and holds Level 3 Trauma designation.

Experience: Valid and active RN license with stepdown unit
experience Ability to provide compassionate and skilled patient
care in a stepdown setting Flexibility to work day or night shifts
based on hospital needs (no block schedule requests) Strong

environment Commitment to patient safety and quality standards
consistent with Joint Commission accreditation Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients transitioning from
ICU or requiring close monitoring Monitor vital signs, administer
medications, and manage advanced patient care protocols Collaborate
with interdisciplinary teams to implement and update individualized
care plans Educate patients and families on health management and
post-discharge care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in
compliance with hospital policies Contract Details: Orientation
provided weekly to ensure smooth onboarding Shift preferences are
flexible; availability for day or night shifts is welcomed This is
a travel contract; candidates must be located at least 60 miles
