Responsibilities:
Handle high volume incoming/outbound calls, email inquiries and live chats
Become a product expert and understand each customer's need to provide effective solutions
Identify the customers' needs, ask probing questions to resolve issues.
Help resolve any technical and/or troubleshooting issues related to grills
Handle claim inquiries and concerns, returns and ordering parts.
Investigate claims and obtain relevant facts to determine coverage, loss and liability of company
Assist Supervisor in analyzing, planning, decision-making and problem-solving activities to support claim settlement and reduce future exposure
Data entry into CRM and internal systems
Provide feedback on newly discovered problems and suggestions for past and current grill models to leadership
Continuous growth through hands on trouble shooting and training sessions

Qualifications:
High School Degree required.
3 + years of Customer Service experience in a call center required
1+ years' experience with customer service email inquiries and live chat communication
1+ years' experience handling escalated customer claim calls and understanding
Must be able to type 30 wpm
Strong interpersonal skills and have a pleasant telephone manner to complete the calls professionally
Business professional verbal and written communication skills.
Able to handle pressure and difficult claimants in a professional and effective way.
Detail-oriented, organized, and multi-tasking.
Must be willing to learn and assemble grill components
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook) preferred
