We are an Automotive Lighting&Parts Company looking for a candidate to perform as a Customer Service Rep to help sales team achieving sales goals.

*Essential Job Responsibilities: *

* Manage customer inquiries, requests and complaints, following up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction.
* Internal communication about customers and orders demands.
* Create cases in ERP system to do RMA or Replacement.
* Deal with cases about shipment or other charge.
* Contact with customers who are not satisfied with our products or services to improve their good impression on our brand.
* Create weekly/monthly reports to summarize product quality issues collected from customers.

*Requirements and Qualifications: *

* At least 1 year customer service experience. Experience of Automotive Lighting/Parts product knowledge is a plus.
* Advanced client development skill and CRM experience.
* Demonstrates great communication (Written and Verbal) and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and result-orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
