Job Description:

Job Duty Receiving timecards and calculating hours to be paid while maintaining the accuracy of hours to be paid. Keeping attendance records, vacation, extended leave, information up to date. Processing new hires, verifying onboarding packets for completion, creating employee records and data entry. Carrying out the performance evaluation and record the KPI results. Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations Updating employee records such as assignments, pay/bill rates, and termination. Plan and implementation of various company events and activities. Procure equipment and supplies as needed, manage inventory, assign equipment/supplies to members when needed. Create and maintain an efficient, collaborative, and healthy work environment while ensuring compliance with employee safety, welfare, and wellness. Resolve issues related to the office or work environment quickly and efficiently. Qualifications 1 - 3+ years of experience in HR management. Detail oriented. Must be able to use Excel proficiently. Quick learning and multi task ability. Good communication skills. Strong attention to detail combined with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize.
