About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Dispatcher to coordinate daily shipments, communicate with drivers, and help keep deliveries running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving on the go. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch loads to meet customer and delivery deadlines. Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and operations staff to ensure timely updates. Track shipments and update statuses in logistics systems. Ensure delivery documentation and driver hours are accurate and compliant. Provide excellent customer service through proactive communication and follow-up. What You’ll Bring: Experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatching (required). Strong communication and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure. Familiarity with dispatch or logistics software (preferred). Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
