If so, consider Carlisle Construction Materials as a next step in your career!Our MACHINE OPERATORS work Monday through Friday, approximately 8-12 hours a day, with some weekend work required during our busy season.PERKS:Paid Holidays and Vacation Competitive benefits package including medical/dental/vision - available on your first day Educational reimbursement opportunity Participation in company's retirement plan SCHEDULE:Day Shift: Monday thru Friday 4:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Saturdays as required Swing Shift: Monday thru Friday 2:30 p.m. -1:00 a.m., Saturday as requiredRESPONSIBILITIES (roles available in multiple production departments):Molding/Expanding: Operate or tend machines designed to mold and expand bead into EPS blocks according to exacting standards of work orders. Cutting: Operate or tend machines designed cut EPS blocks according to exacting standards of work orders. Fabrication: Operate or tend machines designed to fabricate EPS blocks according to exacting standards of work orders.SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: --- Previous warehousing/production experience strongly preferred --- Comfortable working in a fast pace work environment --- Ability to use measuring gauges such as a measuring tape --- Ability to complete assigned tasks under strict deadlines --- Reliable means of transportation requiredPHYSICAL DEMANDS: For this position, it is required to be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. There is a repetitive use of hands required with simple grasping and pushing and pulling constantly up to 50 pounds.
