Supervisors to fulfill different assignments for our clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are
not limited to:Ensuring truck drivers are only being allowed in at
their scheduled arrival time Manage and keep up with
inbound/outbound flowReview and verify Bill Of Lading documents and
enter them into the systemVerifying identification of truck drivers
and visitorsDirect drivers where to offloadInspecting trucks as
they leave the facilityVerify and cut sealsAccess controlGeneral
Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide
excellent customer service to our clientsObserve, survey, and
report activities at the assigned siteRespond quickly to critical
situationsAbility to read and write detailed reportsEnforce client
procedures, regulations, and standardsQUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not
limited to:A valid California BSIS Guard Card is required, 40 hours
of state required training preferred but may be obtained during our
onboarding processMust have intermediate computer skillsAt least 21
years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual
requirementsAbility to stand/sit continuously for duration of
shiftAbility to be outdoors for extended periods of timeShipping
and Receiving experience a plusGeneral Qualifications to work in
physical security at GardaWorld include:Possess at least a high
school education or equivalent (GED)Pass an extensive screening
