The successful candidate must be customer service oriented and enjoy selling retail services. The position requires the person to call on various types of customers as well as municipal and governmental customers. This person must effectively sell parts and service, maintain and grow relationships with both new and existing customers. Work closely with all departments to facilitate customer orders. What You'll Do* Represent and sell products and/or services to existing and new customers in the market area* Seek to engage with customers, build rapport understand their need and offer solutions* Provide roubst customer service with a positive attitude to ensure the highest customer satisfaction* Customer service may include assisting with onsite machine set up and training customer* Work as a team player willing to help in any area of the store, between departments, as neededQualificationsWhat It Takes* High integrity, loyal, team player* Organized and highly motivated* Multi-tasking effectively a must as well as staying organized and able to operate under stress. * Comfortable using Word and Excel.* Excellent oral and written communication skills.* Outstanding customer service skills.* Strong organizational skills.* Sales experience preferred. Long hours may be required to maximize sales and achieve/surpass annual sales goals.* Must have and maintain a clean driving record--and have the ability to pull a trailer and haul equipment.
