Job Description:
Job Description2+ years of AP, monthly closing. NetSuite and
QuickBooksResponsibilities• Perform AP, AR accounting transactions•
Assisting accounting manager for monthly end and closings•
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable• Ensure timely check
payments• Compute taxes and prepare sales tax• Calculate sales
quarterly commissions• Tracking all payments and expenditures,
including purchase orders, invoices and statements• Reconciling
processed payments through verification of entries and other
supporting documents to balances• Maintaining the accuracy of
