Job Title: Quality Assurance InspectorLocation: Chino, CAPay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hourShift: Day Shift - 6am-2:30 pmQualified candidate must possess ability to perform inspection on detailed parts using a wide variety of measuring instruments specially CMM to determine acceptability or rejections of parts. Hands on professional with ability to read engineering drawings, specifications and interpretation. 1-3 years of experience operating coordinate measuring machine CMM / Romer Arm PC-DMIS and various measurement equipment in general.The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail and will be reliable and committed. In depth knowledge and comprehension of quality standards is essential. The goal is to ensure that our products are made of flawless materials with well-functioning equipment. That way our customers will enjoy high-quality merchandise so that we can achieve long-term success.ESSENTIAL DUTIES Must be able to program and operate Romer Arms. Must be able to utilize standard inspection tools to verify parts meet print specifications (including but not limited to calipers, micrometer, optical comparators, gauges, etc.) Support manufacturing areas as needed. Perform floor inspection, shipping & receiving and final inspection with maintenance of records and logs. Must be able to interpret standards and specifications. Ability to read blueprints and understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) and other data to arrive at acceptance or rejection. Ability to collect, organize, and interpret measurement data, statistical trends, and recommend actions. Ability to support and organize PPAP documentation to customer approval. Document and evaluate historical data to determine calibration intervals.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION High School diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of CMM (Faro or Romer Arms) and software PC-DMIS experience and measurement equipment. Ability to read technical drawings, standards, blueprints and interpretation. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical aptitude and self-motivated.
