sustainable, circular economy. SUMMARY OF POSITION The Talent
Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full life-cycle
recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using
creative sourcing methods (internal and external). This position
will be responsible for establishing recruiting strategies and
candidate pipelines for all open positions within the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Partners with the hiring
manager to determine staffing needs. Manages recruiting
partnerships with vendors, such as Indeed. Screens resumes,
interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers
appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes
recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment
offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings. Visits
campuses to promote ePac to students and administrator and works
closely with technical schools to design internship / apprentice
program Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as
career fairs, online job fairs, community network events to
identify and attract quality candidates. Develops advertising
programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with
potential candidates. Work with management to create and update job
descriptions for all roles within organization, as necessary.
Manages internal transfer process, including screening,
coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer
letters. Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain
feedback regarding recruiting process. Develops and maintains an
excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure
achievement of staffing goals. Travel frequently (up to 25%) during
fall and spring recruiting seasons. Manages current candidate
activity for all positions within the organization in the applicant
tracking system (ATS) --- JazzHR. Ensures seamless handoffs between
sourcing/screening, interview/selection, and hiring decision
communication stages of the process. Manages application/resume
file and retention according to company policy. Maintains
memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations
related to industry. Consistently maintain a strong network of
industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring Maintain
detailed communications with managers, candidates, and stakeholders
to stay apprised of status and general coordination, negotiating
and closing offers, and process improvements NON-ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Potential involvement with HR

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and
verbal Strong relationship building and negotiation skills Detail
oriented with strong planning, organizational, and analytical
skills Ability to work under pressure EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree with concentration in business, human resources,
or related discipline or related experience 2-4 years of college
(or other relevant) full life-cycle recruiting experience on a
national, multi-location basis. Intermediate level of knowledge of
full lifecycle campus recruiting components, including events,
networking, sourcing, screening, interview prep., offer/decline
discussions, pay negotiation, and candidate due diligence.
Experience managing relationships with job applicants/candidates,
colleges and universities, and/or other sources of entry level
talent Experience in fast-paced, high-volume settings requiring a
sense of immediacy, with demonstrated ability to manage competing
demands, receive constructive feedback, and maintain adaptability
and flexibility Strong organizational, time management and process
management skills. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of
selection process and successfully manage a high-volume workload.
Strong written and oral communication skills necessary to
effectively work with hiring managers, candidates. ePac is an equal
