Customer Service is clients main priority and this position carries
a lot of responsibility. We place emphasis in putting the customer
needs first, being attentive and efficient, so we make their
experience with the organization "easy."
We are the front-line image of the company- need to have and keep a
professional image conveyed through email/calls.
Daily tasks- Not typical CSR tasks and require a more in depth set
of skills. Managing emails, calls, and pending tasks (creating cost
sheets for products based on bill of materials, managing project
bids/quotes, order processing, updating customer contact info. in
our CRM system & entering RMAs. Being able to prioritizing
consistently to make sure we are flexible to urgent matters
received throughout the day by our external/internal customers.
1st month initial training to get familiar with our systems and
SOPs, while slowly taking on task as they are trained
We expect the new hire to be fully trained in our systems and
existing SOPs by the 3 month mark
We are in the middle of building a 3 month training plan and the
new hires would assist in creating process that are not yet
