EnerSys is seeking a qualified Technical Sales Representative to
help us sell the products and services that our customers have
grown to rely on. The Technical Sales Representative will have a
passion for success, strong understanding of the sales process,
excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing
deals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, and go-getter
with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our
offerings in a compelling way.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Consistently exceed your sales quota by retaining, growing, and
prospecting clients within your account territory.
Use product knowledge in conjunction with knowledge of customers'
project objectives to develop unique value propositions supported
by ---nancial impact analysis and feasibility studies.
Use Salesforce for customer relationship management activities.
Attend trade shows, conferences, meetings, and seminars to promote
products or to learn about industry developments.
Create, maintain, and enhance relationships with key personnel for
product development and sales.
Willingness to travel nationally on a frequent basis.

At least 2-5 years of sales experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Able to read and comprehend manuals, procedures, and other written
documents written in English.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record with
minimal tra---c violations.
Must be 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle.
Able and willing to travel to customer sites.
Able and willing to do overnight travel up to 50% of the time.
A college degree is preferred.
Specific industry sales experience is a plus, especially a proven
track record of success selling advanced battery chemistries.
