Customer Service Representative - 3PL/E-Commerce

The Customer Service Representative advocates for our clients in
their accounts' daily operation while providing exceptional
customer service and developing a business partnership focusing on
order management through the entire lifecycle - from order receipt
and entry to product delivery and invoicing.
_*Supervisory Responsibilities: *_
*PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: *
* Establish and maintain business partnerships with
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via telephone, email,
online chat, or in-person providing the highest level of customer
* Acting as liaison between the warehouse and the customer in
administration of accounts and between the office and customer
regarding invoicing and credit changes
* Performing paperwork associated with orders, including the
maintenance of customer files
* Performing clerical work as required, including answering phone
calls, operating various office machines and computers,
corresponding with customers, and greeting customers and visitors
in the office
* Notifying management of all requested changes from the customer
regarding shipping, handling, or administrative characteristics
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
_*Required Skills/Abilities: *_
* *Bilingual English/Spanish*
* Excellent verbal, written communication, active listening, and
attention to detail skills
* Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficient with PC applications - MS Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
* Proficiency with computerized distribution systems

* High school diploma or equivalent
