*POSITION SUMMARY*

seca North America is looking for an outgoing and highly organized Customer Service Representative to assist with managing daily business activities and administrative tasks. The responsibilities would include performing Customer Service tasks, such as entering customer orders, responding to customer inquiries and phone calls.

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, the ideal candidate will possess strong skills in resolving problematic situations efficiently and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

*Responsibilities: *

* Entering customer orders and responding to customer inquiries
* Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate departments
* Provide product information via the phone and email
* Set up customer returns
* Special projects as assigned

*Requirements: *

* Excellent communication and people management skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* SAP experience a plus
* Ability to multitask and prioritize.
* Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
