We are in need of a Real Estate Videographer to join our brokerage. The ideal candidate will have expertise in taking photographs, video, podcast, shorts, and drone footage as well as experience in editing and creating marketing materials. The saying a picture is worth a thousand words is perhaps more relevant in our industry than any other. The best visual representation of our properties is critical in order to best market and sell the properties in our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Produce and edit virtual tour videos of many properties to post on various social media and websites

Provide assistance in website and social media marketing to ensure properties and agency are presented in a professional and enticing manner

Create beautiful videos of all agency listings and promote online and in print marketing so properties are attractive and sell quickly

Plan for multiple shoots per day/week and be available in order to serve our clients
--- Source, Film, Edit, produce video content for brokerage
--- Drive to multiple locations for shoots
--- Understand SEO, Google Ad's, and IG + other Ad Campaigns
--- Have a positive YES attitude and always a team player willing to help

Qualifications:

Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography

Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects
