Staff Accountant- Bilingual Mandarin Requirements: ---Bachelor's (Required) ---GAAP & VLOOKUP, Pivot Table ---Bilingual Mandarin Responsibilities: --- Posting, verifying, and recording A/P invoice, expenses, and non-inventory items in SAP, conducting account analysis and reconciliation for discrepancies if needed --- Responding to information requests from vendors and submitting credit application for vendors --- Ensuring the integrity of accounting by recording, verifying, allocating and entering journal entries, and assisting with month-end closes processes --- Submitting bank daily deposits and payments, and recording daily transactions into system --- Monitoring credit card transactions, payments, and receipts, managing credit card users --- Performing monthly bank reconciliations for bank checking account and credit card account --- Helping with at year-end --- Maintaining accounting documents, financial records and keeping files organized --- Assisting the accounting department as needed Requirements: Bachelor---s Degree in Accounting related fields 1-2 years of experiences as an accounting professional Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and journal entries posting Experience with ERP system (SAP) is a plus Analytical Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc. Detailed-oriented and organized candidate who can multitask and learn quickly Abilities to meet processing deadlines, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills Fluent in Mandarin Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
