• -Employee DiscountsTitle: EDI -Order Processor -Hourly Range: $19.00 USD to $23.00 USDLocation: Onsite Chino, CA -Hours/Days: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday-FridayEDI Order Processor -Summary:When joining the Operations team as an Order Processor you are tasked to create, process, and monitor orders through the EDI/Dynamics365 platforms. You will review, analyze, and report any issues that occur while also providing solutions. This candidate will also possess strong analytical skills, good communication, proficiency -in Mandarin/English and is detailed orientated. EDI Order Processor -Responsibilities:
  • Create, process, and monitor orders received from customers to meet customers' needs. -

  • Communicate with 3PL warehouses and customers on the orders status and ensure service levels are met.

  • Analyze customer's actual orders and point of sales with their forecasts to make proper purchase and inventory plan to meet the fulfillment requirement. - -

  • Conduct a review on non-compliance vendor performance and submit supporting documents to vendor portal

    • -Bilingual in -Mandarin/English is -required -
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education level
    • At least 2 years of ordering processing experience
    • Strong analytical, good communication skill and detail orientated
