Job Description:
The primary function for this position to acquire new business
that contributes to the financial business objectives of the
company.
Our goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through increased
sales, initiating and developing strong relationships with
clients.
Role & Responsibility
Acquire new business to support company growth
Develop a deep network to sustain on-going business
Conduct research to identify sector growth and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Coordinate with Project Admin on all project for successful
submission
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting
clients' objectives
Comply with communicated expectations
Maintain and communicate all projects budgets in Book of
Business
Manage and support with collection of project funds
Uphold a level of professional excellence
Business Development Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
3-10 years of experience in sales management or business
development, preferably in construction, with a consistent proven
track record of overachievement of quota expectations
Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle
uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
