Job Description:

Growing and Expanding company looking to hire a Bilingual Spanish LTL Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative w/trucking, logistics manufacturing or distribution background. Request a minimum 2 years experience and knowledge of DOT regulations.

**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 2ND OR 3RD SHIFT**

Ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with drivers, confirming deliveries, making sure that the deliveries arrived on time and with no damages, and other logistics responsibilities. In addition, will maintain ongoing relationships with customers, field sales, distribution, purchasing, manufacturing personnel, marketing and support outside sales team. Answering customer inquiries, processing orders, researching and resolving requests to improve sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
