Job Description:

A picker is responsible for picking orders, organizing and replenishing stock, operating moderately heavy machinery and other duties as assigned. This position requires a detail oriented focus and the ability to quickly and accurately pick orders, a picker is accountable for meeting minimum performance expectations. A picker may be required to work independently or with others. A picker is expected to demonstrate positive behaviors at all times and work closely with a team of individuals, sharing the common goal of getting orders shipped out as quickly and accurately as possible. This person must also be able to adjust accordingly to work situations in order to meet business needs. Following safety guidelines is a critical function of this position. Responsibilities: - Picking Orders - Operating Machinery - Keep work area clean, neat, and organized - Stack totes, organize carts - Replenish Stock - Follow safety protocol Requirements: - Continuously standing on concrete - Lifting up to 50 lbs - Lifting, kneel, reaching above and below, carrying, bending, pushing, puling, stooping, standing, twisting, climbing, grasping
