** Inventory / Production Control Clerk****Job Category****:** Manufacturing / Production / Operations **Requisition Number****:** INVEN02271 Showing 1 location **Job Details****Description**The Inventory and Production Control Clerk will be responsible for performing inventory adjustments and maintaining count accuracy. Individual will review and analyze the results of daily operations, report findings to management and make recommendations for improvement as needed.**RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Responsible for maintaining and updating live inventory* Responsible for ensuring raw materials and bulk inventory are processed every day* Responsible for ensuring all returns and any transfers are completed promptly* Responsible for coordinating with planning to ensure all inventory is pulled for production* Responsible for ensuring all bill of materials (BOMS) are updated and accurately processed* Responsible for communicating with production supervisor for any unsupported orders* Responsible for reconciling inventory discrepancies* Responsible for reporting any stock issues to management* Responsible for performing cycle counts* Responsible for receiving of Purchase Orders* Responsible for filing of all paperwork* Responsible for following established safety rules and regulations* Responsible for fully understanding goals to be accomplished* Responsible for housekeeping of production lines, safe and clean workspace* Other duties as assigned**REQUIREMENTS:*** HS Diploma or GED required* Required 1 year experience* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)* Must be team oriented and self-directed* Must be able to effectively communicate in English; verbal and written form* Must be able to lift a maximum up to 50 lbs.* Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time* Must possess oral and written communication skills* Must be committed to quality, safety and communication* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment.* Must be able to work overtime and some weekends* Bilingual English / Spanish highly desired**Qualifications****Skills****Behaviors****:** **Motivations****:** **Education****Required** High School/GED or better.**Experience****Licenses & Certifications**
