Job Description:

We are looking for Call Center Customer Service Representatives to perform routine customer service and administrative functions for one of our prominent clients in Chino, CA.Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00AM - 5:00PMPay: $15.00-17.00/hourResponsibilities:* Answer/Respond Inbound Calls and Emails from existing and new customer inquiries* Process requests in a timely manner* Provide status update on orders* Handle escalated calls while maintaining excellent customer service* Data Entry* Additional tasks/responsibilities as neededRequirements:* High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred* 2+ Years of previous experience customer service * Call Center Industry--experience is highly desired* Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus* Proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially in Excel)* Typing speed of 30+ WPMWe are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
