The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound calls & emails from our customers and potential customers in a timely manner (you will not be cold calling)Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.Assist customers with placing orders by phone and seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.Desired Skills:Previous experience in a call center/customer support role.Track record of over-achieving quota.Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Can type min 35-40 wpm.Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.Type of Position: Full TimeHours: Monday through Friday 9:00 to 6:00Dress Code: CasualWe are an equal opportunity employer, a drug-free workplace, and participates in the DHS E-Verify program.Urgently hiring!
