Job Description:
Summary
We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales & GM to
establish our team In North America. As the Director of Sales and
Business Development you will be responsible for identifying new
opportunities, optimizing the sales pipeline, building proposals,
and closing new deals. The ideal candidate has a proven track
record of success sales. This person will be calling on clients at
all levels as well as on advertising agencies. They must be
results-driven, have strong analytical, creative and negotiation
skills, and be able to manage multiple projects and agendas at the
same time. As the organization grows, the Director of Sales &
Business Development will be responsible for building and managing
a team of top-notch sales professionals.
You should be an experienced sales manager, prepared to lead a
highly motivated team on vast and impactful large sized water
projects, serving both the public and the private sectors.
Job Duties
--- Particular focus on outbound sales and ---hunting--- new
business by identifying and nurturing relationships with
prospective clients. This includes prospecting and capturing new
opportunities through strategic client outreach and relationship
development.
--- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, demonstrating focused
sales efforts.
--- Manage accounts effectively in order to drive recurring revenue
and increase the level of participation by clients.
--- Report on Sales metrics and forecasts to senior management
team.

Job Requirements
--- Experience in PC systems ,components, server, workstation,
consumer electronic, System integration or another fast innovative
field
--- Proven track record of success driving revenue through the
development of long-term strategic relationships.
--- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing
client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
--- Motivating leadership skills, with ability to mentor team to
achieve consistent growth
--- Metric-oriented with strong pipeline management
--- Demonstrated problem-solving /decision-making skills with the
ability to understand a complex product portfolio and identify
pathways to growth
