In this role, the ideal candidate will work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction, driving sales and ultimately boosting our overall market presence. Leveraging in-depth product knowledge and outstanding customer service skills, the Sales Specialist is pivotal in sustaining the legacy of Shamrock Foods by connecting quality products with restaurants and other food service providers across diverse markets. Identify and target potential customers to expand market share and increase sales figures. Provide expert product recommendations and solutions suited to customer needs. Maintain positive long-term relationships with customers to foster repeat business. Attend trade shows and sales events to promote products and gather market insights. Prepare detailed sales reports and analyses to track progress and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional strategies effectively reach the target audience. Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuade customers both in person and virtually. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficient in CRM software and data analysis. Adaptability to shifting market demands and ability to strategize accordingly.
