The Client Sevices Manager is the key player in implementation of sales and customer service strategy. The Client Services Manage would serve as main point of contact for business accounts in their region. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training, clear growth paths, and a culture built on collaboration and performance Essential Functions: Manage and grow relationships with business clients Deliver excellent Customer Service and tailored solutions Learn B2B sales strategies and account development Collaborate with a high-energy team to achieve weekly goals Skill and Ability Areas: Exemplary self-discipline and work ethic Outstanding listening, written, and verbal communication skills Team-oriented with a proactive positive attitude Willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects Detail oriented with ability to multi-task effectively and with a sense of urgency, sometimes under a high level of stress Excellent organizational and time management skills Proven to be reliable, diligent, self-motivated, and dedicated Grooming – employee must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
